“We had a great stay. The were so attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun. Our room was cleaned everyday, well stocked with amenities and felt luxurious. Can’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for an all inclusive!”

“Amazing hotel, especially if you have kids! This is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation without all the noise. We absolutely loved our stay and would go back a million times! The only area that could use some improvement is the food variety. More options and variety in the restaurants would make the experience even better. Overall, highly recommend it!”

“First of all screw Expedia! If You are smart do not work with this piece of work company. The hotel is joke. 3 different hotels using same amenities that are always extra. Everything is a money grap and everything is extra. Neither hotel or Expedia will do anything for you…….. do not fall For their games.. staff is rude, service is horrible, food is same in every restaurant you go . Kid activities are managed by in component staff…”

“Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of...
