“Amazing stay at NaJ Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Aldea Zama. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. “The cost to use a bbq is outrageous and unreasonable so we didnt have any bbqs. Then they wanted to charge an extra $100 for a 2 hour late check out. Other than that the accommodations are amazing and the grounds are well kept and lovely to hang around. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”
