“We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend”

“Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here”

“Amazing stay! Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Super helpful my husband is amputee and they helped make everything smooth and easy. Helped provide us with activities and transportation. The food options were so amazing! Noriku was out favorite spot!”

“Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

The staffs who help us to entertain in Tulum make us feel memorable and welcomed. Thanks to you all! ”

“We had an amazing time at this resort. We were in Coba. Yes we were a short ride on the carts from the beach. But it was pretty easy and only short waits to get to our destinations. Food was good. Same with the Al le carts. Beach was fantastic. Only one day where the seaweed came in. But staff tacked that the same day. And by after lunch we could go in the ocean. Pools were warm which we enjoyed. Some times they did blast the music a bit to loud. But you can always move to somewhere...

“Great place to stay. Beautiful space and super friendly staff. The amazing view from the rooftop!!!”

“Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant.”

“Nice room, great staff”
