"We had a fantastic time at royalton chic Cancun. If you want to party: you're covered. If you just want to hang out: you're at the right place. The entertainment was always high quality. Great live bands and shows. We got to do a tour of the kitchen and they make everything fresh every day. They even bake the bread from scratch and grind their own burger meat. We stayed 8 days and never got bored of the food provided. Drinks are A+ and definitely not stingy with the alcohol. Once you've been on the property for two days the staff knows you and your preferences. I had multiple servers have my favorite drink or food ready before I even asked for it. What also stood out to me was that the staff is very friendly with each other. They seem to have a good work atmosphere which makes me believe that royalton is a good employer. My only minor complaint is that I would have preferred less club or hip hop music and more EDM."

The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we looked forward to dining each day. What meant the most to us was how the team helped make our first wedding anniversary unforgettable. Their kindness and small thoughtful touches made the celebration feel personal and truly special. It’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean rooms, great food, and a staff that goes above and beyond — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
