“First of all screw Expedia! If You are smart do not work with this piece of work company. The hotel is joke. 3 different hotels using same amenities that are always extra. Everything is a money grap and everything is extra. Neither hotel or Expedia will do anything for you…….. do not fall For their games.. staff is rude, service is horrible, food is same in every restaurant you go . Kid activities are managed by in component staff…”

“Good place and many people.”

“The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also think the restaurant reservation system could be improved to be more efficient and user-friendly. The French restaurant, which required an additional fee, was disappointing—the steak was overcooked and dry. The service was also not great, as the staff handled the plates roughly. There were very limited activities available, with the pool being pretty much the only option.”

“Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of...
