“We loved it here. The family cabin (casa bamboo) was fantastic and there was loads of room for our party of nine to sleep. The walk to the waterfalls is included in your stay and it was really interesting with lots of waterfalls and hanging bridges on the way. You have to bear in mind that it is remote and you need to be transported to the accommodation using their 4x4's but you can just message them on WhatsApp and they come and get you instantly. “Print or save your map beforehand. Do not exit onto a gravel road! The property is located inside a golf community. The map on the listing is incorrect! As of October 2025 all maps including Google, Waze and Apple maps all have the wrong and remote location. The correct location is Lucero. We had a beautiful experience! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We had an amazing stay!”

“When you arrive they have wifi available to call staff/Michael who will check you in, staff is not onsite. It's a quiet private area, I recommend going to the free breakfast 6:30am-9:00am it's walking distance to Zen Zauro and you can request room service, I had room service everyday for the 6 days/5 nights we were there, had clean towels and clean sheets and cleaned bathroom and floors. ”
