The staffs who help us to entertain in Tulum make us feel memorable and welcomed. Thanks to you all! ”

“The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool.
And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days.
But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly.
