"This is our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Room was spacious, beautiful ocean front view, plenty of pools so you don’t feel crowded. Breakfast buffet had many options and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Room service was a plus. We’ll definitely be back again! "

"large room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely view of the city. They had a safe but the fridge was locked which I thought was a bit ridiculous. They did give us free water each day. We did room service one morning as we had to leave early and the food was great if expensive.. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet but we ordered off the menu which was cheaper. There was a small pool but we didn’t use it. Great location, though. "

"The history of the property, especially the old style elevator, the amazing friendly and helpful staff, the rooftop bar and restaurant. The unique French style of the hotel, and our large suit. Only complaint is that I unfortunately did not stay longer due to a connecting flight the next morning. Definitely will stay there again when I am in Mexico City."

Its central location makes it convenient to visit the National Theater, Metropolitan Cathedral, and National Museum. There are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The hotel provides two parking garages equipped with secure sliding doors.Concierges Mr. Fernando and Mr. Gabriel were exceptionally helpful and patient when it came to accommodating our large vehicle for parking."
