Staff was attentive and welcoming from arrival to departure. The beach club, food, and sunset views made the experience unforgettable. “There are no English-speaking staff at the front desk. The most horrifying experience was that after four or five minutes of showering, the hot water would run out, leaving only cold water. The hotel staff responded that the water would heat up and come out again after ten minutes. This phenomenon repeated itself throughout the night and morning. “I suggest a few more bottles of free water each day - only 2 for my full stay and then add more sockets to plug in laptop beside the desk for example but overall a great location and no real issues”

“Nice resort! Several pools, including shallow ones for our toddler, and easy walking distance across the resort to the beach. Colin's Grill onsite had good service and tasty food. We had a good time.”

“Super clean-super nice- very quiet- lovely great view -the people that work here amazing -honestly I can’t say enough. The pool is amazing. There’s a barbecue here that’s fantastic. There’s an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage all the way up the stairs although there’s a very lovely staircase the rooftop pool that’s nice too. I really love it. I love it so much I’m staying longer.”
