"Gorgeous property with wonderful staff "

"The grounds were amazing and we loved the animals that roamed everywhere. Very fun! Our room was clean and well maintained. We even had a minor issue with our ac and it was handled promptly with no issues after. Being able to snorkle everywhere on the property was great! We enjoyed the proximity to Xplor and Xcaret! "

"Super convenient location, the wonderful staff, and all amenities are a plus; however, it can be very noisy at night due to the area is located, so if you are looking for party time this is the place to stay!!"

"Great spot for the whole family! Kids club for 3-4 years old along with one for 5-10 year olds. Water park is great for all ages Buffet has limited options but the rest of the food was fantastic The shows were less than great but the older kids do get to take part in one of them which was cute"

"The all inclusive , is not all inclusive, if you want a reservation for restaurant is not much availability, they reserve for the platinum members, same with good drinks, and great food. You have to pay extra. "

"Second time staying here, really enjoy this place. The food and drinks are great, it is nice to not have plated meals rather than buffet. It seems like they reduced the menu a bit and less "premium" drinks are included since the last time I stayed here, that being said they are still very good. Staff is friendly, they let us check in early no charge, rooftop pool is awesome, with good music. Gym isn't the best and could probably use a refresh, but still enough to get a good pump on. Overall great stay! "
