“Room was extremly clean and spacious. Staffs were excellent. Highly recommended.”

“I was really impressed by the attentive staff and their great attitude toward customers.”

“Stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute of it. Great location, pool and beach front!”

“Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of...

“Airport transportation was great - we did have to call when we got there but after the initial call only waited about ten min! Right across from the mall where we got drinks/pizza for the night, which is why we chose this hotel (we had more time than just sleeping for the night - so appreciated so many options within walking distance!) Didn’t love the food from the hotel bar - but they were quick with drinks at the pool and were reasonably priced. Would stay again - amazing option for airport...
