“Amazing stay from start to finish, upon check in Brain at the front desk went above and beyond to show us to our room and around the property. The hot springs were amazing after a long day of activities in town. We were able to see sloths and monkeys while at the property which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Amazing experience. The grounds were so lush and beautiful. The restaurant was also great- fairly priced and quick. Drinks were soooo delicious. Also overlooks the lush trees and even saw monkeys from here!! Another highlight is the staff. Specifically Kenneth in the bar and Isaac at the restaurant. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. This is less of a resort feel and more mountain cabin, but still has really great perks like the jacuzzi - we went in every night. Amazing spot!”

“Spotted a coati outside our room and hummingbirds at breakfast were beautiful Lovely restaurant and dinner and breakfast were excellent with lots of choice Some lovely walking trails around the hotel Loved the village of Elena had some cute high end shops and a fantastic coffee shop and great gift shops Visited sloth sanctuary which was fantastic to see sloths close up ”
