“Super unique accommodations in a really cool house in a great part of town with all the rooms totally different and unique and incredible. I stayed in the Naranja room which was on the floor just below the top floor, and the balcony and views were awesome. The AC works great, the bed was comfy and it was a short walk to everything I could want in town. Oh, and breakfast was amazing.”

“Charming guest in downtown San Miguel with a peaceful garden.”

When I arrived, the owner claimed he never received payment and said I had to transfer the full amount again directly to his personal bank account to get access to the room. I spent over an hour outside the property dealing with Hotels.com support and sorting out a refund before I could even check in. The whole situation...

“Perfect)”

“I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell for half an hour, but no one came to help me; I had to look for another hotel nearby.”
