“I had booked a room with 2 beds with Expedia but wasn't given that kind of room so I had to fight (in a foreign language) to get the room I had booked. I blame expedia as much as the hotel for bad communication. The restaurant has "hours" posted but they don't seem to follow them very strictly. We went down at 5:30pm for dinner (the restaurant was posted as open at 6:30) and they served us without complaint or even mentioning the time which was great but a little confusing. Finally, they serve...

“Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of...

“Breakfast was excellent!”
