"Stay was good and everything was good. Only 2 things I would say needs a little work is the room service food which was way more different tasting than the buffet food. Room service food needs to be worked on because at times I just wanted to relax in the room and eat but I tried a lot of food and the burger was the only thing I could really order because the pizza would be hard, the potato chips were very hard and the burger was decent because of the sauce and the patty size was a bit inconsistent but other than that, all was good. Second thing would be some bar tenders kinda ignored me and my friends sometimes. I can understand if they were busy at times and never thought much of it but it happened to 3 times at the main bar that the bar tender would look at me and my friend but choose to go to new people instead even though I would tip decently. Other than the little bar issue, service was good"

"We had a very enjoyable stay overall and were satisfied with most aspects of the resort. The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and most staff members were friendly and helpful.If you're looking for a relaxing environment, quiet, gentle, adults-only hotel, I think you shouldn't hesitate. One thing we really appreciated was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned very frequently and efficiently — it almost felt like the staff were ready to clean as soon as we left the room, which made the stay feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also fresh, with a good variety of options across the restaurants and buffet. The overall dining experience was very pleasant. The only thing to note is that the resort building itself is not very large, so for a longer vacation, especially more than 10 days, it might feel that there are not quite as many facilities to explore. The only small issue we experienced was that a few staff members in some dining areas had very limited English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. For example, at the buffet, some items needed to be ordered directly, but the ordering process was not very clear and sometimes relied mostly on gestures. The order sequence also felt a little disorganized, with no clear first-come, first-served process. That said, this was only a minor and occasional issue and did not affect our overall enjoyment of the trip. We still had a great time and would consider coming back."

"Staff was extremely unfriendly. Only 1 waiter was actually fun and happy. Everyone else seemed miserable. Front desk staff was rude and unfriendly. Key card kept deactivating then had to wait in line at the front desk for 10-30 minutes to reactivate. Everytime this happened-the safe in our room had to be reset so we had to wait for maintenance to come reset the safe. Our room had a HORRIBLE sewage smell. Maintenance came and sprayed cleaner in the drains and around the maid sprayed febreeze. Within a few hours the smell returned. I will never return. This place did not give off a ‘resort’ feel. And we also were very sick when we left."

"The room was clean but the drain in the shower was bad and although I asked them to fix it, it wasn’t. Food was nothing great and I’m not a picky eater. The bartenders were attentive and very hard working but the quality of liquor was bad. I think the worst part was the front desk. Very inattentive. I offered to pay more for an upgrade and they told me I had to wait to check availability until the next day. There is only one pool so we spent a lot of the time in the beach area. The shows were fun to look at. Overall, it was ok but would not stay there again."
