“The breakfast was a let down- the coffee was burnt- the meat (ham/ sandwich meat) had been sitting out for hours, and was warm. The shower door was about to fall off and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. It seems that they take care with the gardens and hot springs, but just quickly wipe down and change the sheets and towels in the cabins- no regular maintenance is done on the cabins. “The hotel looks good, but it was mostly just an aesthetic place. My room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was really bad, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best, and I had a big beautiful porch with no furniture outside. The restaurant staff ignored me until another guest asked them to give me service. The views were phenomenal. ”

“Loved this little hotel with private bungalows in the jungle. We had a private tub outside of our steps down from the porch surrounded by the jungle. The restaurant was good and they had a fun happy hour at the bar. It was in walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. They also had a short little hiking trail to the river. ”
