"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. "Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well. There is no beach, but it is a waterfront and you can swim using a ladder. The water was beautiful and we snorkeled every day. The AC in the room worked well. I used the gym for the first day. It is a nice facility. It was closed for the remaining of my trip( renovation?), but I was able to run outside early in the morning . Felt like a very safe island. Cozumel is beautiful and we have zero complaints about this resort. Thank you"
"We stayed on top floor balcony facing the water and it was beautiful. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Don't leave your plate unattended because it's open air area and birds will take your food. "
"Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel.
All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk.
The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊
The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel.
This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after.
