They came up and fixed it but it happened 3 more times after that and it was a hassle having to walk all the way downstairs and come on back down. Until they finally moved us to the room next door. “AVA RESORT was truly massive and fantastic. The check-in lobby was so large that it couldn't be compared to any other hotel or resort, and the sea view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. I especially loved the hotel pool.
