The food and restaurants are outstanding. The hosts are genuinely caring, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. There are outdoor grill stations every day, and the meals are not only delicious but also feel fresh and healthy. The swimming pools are beautiful, plentiful, and exceptionally clean. Overall, this truly is a great place to stay. That said, our experience at reception was disappointing. We were initially assigned a room that we did not book ,the worst room on the ground floor,described as a “garden view,” which it clearly was not. We had to spend one night there before finally being moved to the room we had paid for. During this time, we were told no other rooms were available, even though multiple rooms were clearly available on booking websites. Aside from this issue, the atmosphere among guests is wonderful. Everyone seems calm, respectful, and pleasant to be around, which adds to the overall experience.

The hospital is attached to this hotel. I went there to go to the pharmacy for water. It's a beautiful facility! Very clean and the staff was very friendly and even got an interpreter when I was asking for something. This place was cleaner than our hospitals.

Exploring the colorful Mercado 28 was one of my favorite things we did in Cancun. I loved the beaches and the luxury of the hotel zone but exploring the downtown was just as fun. This is also one of the best places to buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. #perspectives
