"Our recent stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa provided a truly relaxing and engaging vacation experience for our entire group. The resort successfully balances luxury amenities with fun, accessible activities, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with teenagers and adults alike. The accommodations immediately met our standards. Our room was spacious and consistently clean, providing a true sanctuary after a day in the sun. The resort's pools were a definite highlight of our daily routine. We appreciated that the main pool areas were not crowded, allowing for true relaxation and easy access to lounges. While the pool offered the excellent amenity of being heated, we did note that this seemed inconsistent throughout the stay; some days it was wonderfully warm, while others it felt cooler. Despite this small fluctuation, the pool environment remained a favorite spot. The restaurants were delicious, offering high-quality dining that surpassed typical all-inclusive expectations. Beyond dining, the entertainment and activities team did a commendable job of keeping everyone engaged. The schedule was varied enough to capture the attention of both adults and teenagers, which is often a challenge. A unique experience we highly recommend is the bike ride into town. This provided a fun, local excursion, lasting about 20 minutes each way. We had approximately 30 minutes in the town to browse local souvenir shops and visit a grocery store, offering a nice break f"

From the warm welcome with champagne to the attention to detail throughout our stay, everything was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. our room was beautifully decorated, and every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and spotless. The pools, the beach, and the restaurants were all amazing, but what made this trip unforgettable was the kindness and hospitality of the people working there. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and very diverse. The entertainment program was wonderful every day (especially Halloween and Día de Muertos). The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There were only a couple of small issues: the water in the bathroom sink drained slowly and sometimes some dishes and forks in the main restaurant were not perfectly clean. However, these small things did not spoil our excellent impression of the hotel. We didn’t want to leave and we definitely want to come back again."

"Amazing resort. Everything from the rooms to personnel was exceptional. Due to low season the restaurants in the resort offer a la carte menu. Yes, big part of resort is under construction, but it didn't make out vacation less enjoyable."
