The staff were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about nearby tourist attracts, markets, etc. The staff even went so far as to help load my senior family members into our taxis. The hotel was very well kept; hotel amenities and services were excellent! I definitely look forward to returning to this hotel.”

“This is a great location if you’re wandering around Hanoi in the day! Some neighboring streets are super touristy, but with the right left and right turns, the area is equally packed with locals. It’s a nice hotel but very basic facilities; essentially, just a room with an en-suite! We booked deluxe and it was still quite basic, so keep that in mind if you’re going for an even more basic room option! ”

“호텔의 올드함이 있지만, 위치나 직원의 친절함으로 묻혔습니다. 모든 직원들이 영어를 구사하지 못하나 올드 쿼터에서 조용하게 묵을 수 있었다. 옷장에서 찌른내가 심하게 났으며, 2시에 체크인이 가능하다고 했지만 계속 기다려야했다”

“다른 숙박앱에서 예약한 숙소 과대광고에 뒷통수맞고, 어쩌다 찾게된 호텔이었는데 너무 만족함. 맥주거리 주변이라 먹고 즐길곳도 많고, 숙소도 깨끗하고, 사장님도 친절했음. 사장님이 기본적인 영어가 가능해서 영어로 소통이 가능한점도 장점. ”
