“This hotel is all around a VIP experience, highly recommended 👌”

“We loved the property and the staff. What I didn’t like was that we couldn’t reserve dinner for the family on our first night. We had to eat dinner in the buffet. We had to wait till the next day for reservations for an à la cart restaurant. Other than that we are very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend and come back.”

“This is our 3rd stay at Baha Mar! While the restaurants, convenience shop, activities such as pickle ball and tennis, renting a cabana are terribly overpriced but the resort is beautiful and clean. The numerous pools and beach are amazing. The outdoor areas, and casino esthetics are fantastic. Most staff members are pleasant and helpful. The rooms at the Grand Hyatt are very nice. The food at some restaurants is just ok, expensive and bland. Stixx, Cleo, Pizza Lab are pretty delicious. The Jazz...

“Very late check in. Concierge wasn’t overly helpful. Room service daily was nice, but we asked for certain items every day and had to keep asking. Very first world issues, but it was a bit frustrating. Weight room AC was out and it was very hot in there every morning.”

“Overall we did not like the hotel. The food was ok, buffet was very small and à la carte restaurants were not impressive. We did see cockroaches in the buffet and around the hotel, at least 3 times. The shows at the hotel weren’t great, mostly bands that came to play. The hotel is also 45-60 minutes from Montego Bay, so it takes a while to get there and back. Pool was beautiful, beach was small but extremely rocky. Drinks were amazing and extremely strong. Would we go back? Probably not,...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful”

“The entrance was beautiful and the staff was welcoming at check-in for after 4 pm. Almost everyday the lobby is alive with other guests moving about. 3 Elevators to get guests up to their rooms with a view of the bay or the island. The room was 90s Vegas meets beach front property. Tile floor throughout, bed was old and uncomfortable, furniture was overly simple and colorful. The bathroom was like a holiday inn. All of it could've used a deeper cleaning and it looks like there was some repairs...

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. “I had a wonderful time”

“What a wonderful experience!!! Truly a dream staying in the overwater bungalow. We had a private chofer to and from the hotel. The room even came with 24 hr butler service. The hotel was really clean. The staff throughout the property was soo lovely, helpful, and attentive. 5 stars for sure! My husband and I really enjoyed the food at the restaurants even the buffet area. What a trip! We will definitely be going back but staying for longer.”
