"Queen cafe was everything we needed for our visit to Hanoi. Great location right in old quarter but in a quiet part and rooms were on the end away from the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful :)"

"Lovely stay. Good location near old town. The front desk service was really nice and super helpful. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm which was great, clean, and comfortable. Strongest AC in the month I’ve been in south east asia "

"The first hotel we stayed in on our Vietnam trip.
The staff are amazing and really friendly. The room was great for the price.
It’s close enough to Old Town to be convenient but also in a quieter area so you can actually sleep! "

"Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico all'Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel! La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, proprio nel cuore del Quartiere Vecchio e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, facendo davvero la differenza. La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente!"
"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities.
Staff were superb and always on hand to help.
We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help.
Special mention also to Paul who worked in the breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel"
"Excellent, attentive, friendly staff. From check-in on everyone knew our name.
Nice room, small balcony but a decent street view.
Very comfortable king bed.
Great breakfast included, buffet and/or cooked to order.
Preferred breakfast to dinner, but we usually headed out for the latter.
1 block from the lake. Very good restaurants and shopping all around.
Fun romantic rooftop bar.
We booked a tour or two, transportation from the airport upon arrival, travel on to Ninh Binh, etc through the hotel and it was a great deal.
