“The Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort. The rooms are very clean, housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room restocked and clean for the coming day. The grounds are immaculate. The detail thats put into keeping it beautiful is very evident. The pools are great with a walk up bar and water games to play in the pool. The staff are all so very helpful and all say hello to you no matter what their job is. I would give this resort a 5 star rating but these are my...

“Hotel, staff and service were a 10. Only draw back was the seaweed on the beach, but I don't hold the hotel responsible for this. I would definitely go back regardless of the seaweed.”

“Good”

“1. We liked the nightly entertainment it was great, especially Michael Jackson show. 2.Also the nightly music or DJ should play longer after the show, people want to dance too. 3. One of the entertainment announcers (we don't know his name) spoke way too fast and could not be understood. He needs to speak slowly and more clear. 4.Sebastian of entertainment group was very helpful and took time to answer some if our questions. 5. House cleaning did a great job having our room ready and cleaned...

“Overall experience was great!! Clean rooms, numerous bars, staff helpful and access to other RIU properties for partygoers. Food options were plentiful you just need to find what tastes good to you and stick with it. There were plenty of pools but the closing times were too early in my opinion. The adults only pool closed at 6:30 and the others at 7:00. The beach was nice and clean. The RIU parties were fun I would suggest playing more variety of music different genres. I would recommend this ...

“Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning.”

“Todo excelente, la comida las fiestas”

“This was the second time here. Swim out room was amazing had the best service at our personal pool. Getting dinner at a restaurant was a problem if you didn’t wanna be a million degrees hot while eating. Crazy that theres maybe five hundred people at the resort and they seat fifty people at any restaurant at a time.also Felt that they took an small incident to far and security went crazy made me sign a document and said If anything else happened I would be removed from the property felt like...
