"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this resort in Mexico—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained, with amazing pools, great food options, and plenty to do whether you want to relax or stay active. What really set this trip apart, though, was the Family Select experience—especially the butler service and swim up room. The pools were immaculate and so relaxing. It made everything so seamless and stress-free. From helping with reservations and organizing our daily plans to checking in regularly and going above and beyond for even the smallest requests, the butler team was exceptional. Traveling with family can sometimes feel hectic, but they made it feel effortless and elevated the entire vacation. The staff across the resort were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this resort—especially if you’re considering the Family Select upgrade. It’s worth every penny for the added comfort, service, and overall experience."

"This resort is AMAZING! you won’t find a better staff! Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful. The only complaint I have is that there were not enough chairs by the pool. If you don’t get to the pool to claim a chair by 9am, you’re not getting one. This is incredibly disappointing and needs to be addressed."

Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Grand Riviera Princess. The resort grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and there are plenty of pools, activities, and dining options to keep you busy throughout your vacation. The food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort, with most restaurants providing enjoyable meals and a good variety of options. However, La Hacienda was a major disappointment. Both the service and the food quality were well below the standard of the rest of the resort. The staff seemed inattentive, and the food was mediocre at best. One of the biggest frustrations was that the resort did not honor the Expedia Silver Status perk that advertised two complimentary spa treatments. We specifically chose this property in part because of that benefit, so it was disappointing to arrive and find that it would not be provided. The service throughout the resort was generally okay—not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed indifferent. Despite the issues, we still enjoyed our trip thanks to the beautiful property, great food at most venues, and overall atmosphere. If the Expedia benefits had been honored and La Hacienda had provided a better experience, this would have been a much higher-rated stay."

"Property was a little older but still kept up quite nicely. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very good at all the restaurants! The seaweed/ its smell made the beach unusable unfortunately but the resort was doing what they could to clean the beach. The pools were great so even without the beach you could still have a very enjoyable and relaxing time"
