"We loved it here. There were a lot of pools and they were all clean and it was very easy to find a secluded pool somewhere away form the main pirate ship pool where you could have a quiet pool day. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning in the room got nice and cold but the air in there was a little damp. Food was very good. All inclusive family concierge is definitely the way to go."

"Setting the seaweed aside cause they have no control over that. We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The resort was well maintained, and in a great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with plenty of tasty options. The pool area and overall atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen and would gladly return in the future. PS Jaime and Fernando are awesome"
