"We had an amazing time. Everything was above expectations. The transportation system was amazing along with the people who drove the buses. Our room clean beds were so comfortable I wanted to take them home. I wish we stayed two more days to enjoy and explore the hotel activities, they looked amazing. The only thing I was disappointed with was restaurant reservations, I was told we could make them when we arrived, it later found out I should had made them prior, the nice restaurants were booked. It the restaurants we did go to were great. "

"We went in a big group and it was a blast with the kids. The resort is clean the food is delicious and the stuff is really helpful. I love the village resort is designed as the kids can run around freely, the beach also is nice. My only issue was there was no heated pool or hot tub for public use and the water was cold as we just went in December and they were rainy days. The restaurant choices are amazing, the entertainment the drinks everything is on point. If you read all the reviews and seen all the YouTube videos and still are not sure then you definitely must go. You will not be disappointed!! "

"A wonderful property! The beach was beautiful and well kept. The restaurants were varied and very good. Loved the pool and the pool areas -- not overly crowded. The room was nice enough. The spa was nice too, but ridiculously pricey. The staff was tremendous and very friendly. We'll be back!"

"I loved my stay at the Ocean Maya Royale especially the entertainment staff who made it so amazing. Special thanks to the entertainment crew: Viri, Kendell, and Moises. Also, in the bar love to thank you Yovanetti for making my experience fabulous. Last but not least, thank you Roberto, at check-in who got me checked in quickly as he knew I really wanted to make the entertainment event at the pool before it was over and even was able to get me room nearby the activities which I loved."
