“The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. “Just got back from a 7 night stay. Had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and loved the filtered water machine and cappuccino maker in our room. Most food was very good with Bamboo (Asian) and Manglar (seafood) being our favorite restaurants. The pizza stand by the pool was awesome! The pool and pool bar staff were fun. “The food was amazing for our entire stay. I would stay here again just for the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop.”

When we first checked in Esteban showed us around and explained everything about the property. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 5. “The entire hotel is well designed with attention to details. Welcoming new guests with clap and drinks is a very nice touch! There are at least 6 bars. My favorite is the coffee shop Fuel.
